Goals

Goal 1:

Provide training for an additional 500 pastors and church leaders by establishing 10 active WHBI locations in the Caribbean by 12/31/2023. This is in addition to the 250 pastors and church leaders at 7 locations that are currently being trained.

Charter 4 new locations in the Caribbean, training 25 pastors and church leaders at each.

Charter 1 new location in Fermathe, Haiti training 75 pastors, and church leaders.

Reactivate location in Port au Prince, Haiti, and continue teaching 200 pastors, and church leaders.

Reactivate location in Port de Paix, Haiti, and begin teaching 60 pastors, and church leaders.

Charter 3 new locations in Florida for Creole Speaking Haitians teaching 20 pastors, and church leaders at each.

Goal 2:

Develop 3 Regional Coordinators to help manage and support locations in their areas of Florida, Haiti, and the Caribbean by 10/31/2023.

Goal 3:

Recruit, vet, and train 10 WHBI instructors - 5 North American-based and 5 Caribbean-based

instructors by 09/31/2023.

Goal 4:

Initiate 3 strategic partnerships with Great Commission Ministries - e.g., Florida Baptist Convention, Jamaican Baptist Union, and Caribbean Baptist Fellowship by 10/31/2023.

Goal 5:

Present WHMI at one US forum per quarter (mission conferences, annual convention meetings, larger churches, etc.) by 11/30/2023.

Goal 6:

Build a network of 82 partners to achieve 100%, full prayer and donor support by 12/31/2023.
